WHAT TO EXPECT: THE KITCHEN RESCUE CABINET REFACING PROCESS
There can be considerable cost savings when choosing to reface your kitchen or bathroom cabinets compared to replacing them. Cabinets can be refaced with granite/stone countertops, ceramic tile backsplashes, and flooring already installed – no need to replace them.
When you decide to move forward with refacing your kitchen or bathroom cabinets, we will schedule an appointment to take custom measurements of all doors and drawer fronts. A tentative installation date will then be scheduled and updates will be provided throughout the process. Once the renovation project has begun, it will take approximately 3 to 5 days to complete, depending on the size of your kitchen.
INSTALLING YOUR NEW CABINETRY
We reface all the exteriors of the cabinetry in the new colour/style. We install new doors, drawer fronts, hinges, handles, moldings, etc., to update the look of the kitchen or bathroom. Once complete, you can start enjoying your newly refaced kitchen or bathroom!
REMOVAL OF EXISTING CABINETRY
Our refacing process includes the removal and disposal of all doors, drawer fronts, and hardware of your existing cabinetry.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A KITCHEN RESCUE CABINET REFACING AND INSTALLATION PROJECT:
Schedule Your In-Home Consultation
During the in-home consultation, we will provide you with an overall evaluation of your kitchen, and present you with all the options available for design, door options, and colour options. During the process, we can make some modifications to add more cabinets, change doors to drawers, modify an area for a microwave, etc.
Finally, we will provide you with a quote in your home for refacing your cabinets.
